Really good Stay!

The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room had fabulous facilities. Mandy made it extra special with her friendly welcome. I found all the staff fantastic, very cute, and accommodating from initial contact due to my disability, especially Yvonne on reception. The food was AMAZING!!! I visited at both breakfast and tea time and I thought it was well worth it. Parking was plentiful and reasonably priced. I had no issues at all.

The air conditioning was broken in the room. I found an oil radiator, but it did have a sticker on the sheets.

Arita at reception gave excellent service. I found her very efficient and helpful. Mairita on reception and Eve in the breakfast restaurant offered friendly, helpful service, I felt. I got first class support and service from Arita, and she advised on all hotel services.

My stay began promisingly enough. The room seemed clean at first glance, though I later discovered the chair was stained. A few hairs remained on the sink, left from the previous guest or maybe even the cleaner. The location is also isolating. I found almost all the nearby restaurants serve Indian food, which limited my dining options considerably. This.

The parking fee felt unfair. i saw other guests checked in before me and they weren't charged. my room needed better cleaning, it had hairs in the sink. the chair had stains. It just didn't feel quite fresh.

The staff provided AMAZING customer service! Arita at reception was VERY efficient. The seated bar area was modern and offered ample space for conversation. The car parking was reasonably priced.

The shower temperature was not entirely consistent, but it was a minor issue.
